Connect to the BINAT network (10.254.129.0/24) and then connect using a web browser.

Address book setup

Address book entries can be managed manually or by LDAP import. To import the entire Math department from the UCSB LDAP server:

1. On a system with ldap-utils installed, run this one-liner:

   for letter in {a..z} ; do ldapsearch -H ldaps://ldap.ucsb.edu:636 -x -b ou=People,o=ucsb "(&(departmentNumber=MATH*)(uid=${letter}*))" >>list.ldif ; done

2. In the copier web interface, go to Settings/Registration, Data Management, Address Lists, Import.
3. Select "LDAP format", uncheck "decrypt...", and upload the list.ldif file created by the above script.
